Please allow 1-3 working days from dispatchment. Orders in before 3pm business days ensure quicker delivery.

FREE COURIER DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $150

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P O Boxes.

If no one is at the address at time of delivery a card will be left. It is up to the recipient to arrange a more suitable day/time of delivery or pick up with the courier company.

We can track your order at any time so any concerns please email hello@tworoadsgiftboxes.co.nz. On some rural deliveries our tracking is limited as the courier will forward gift boxes to the local RD delivery agent to take to final destination but we will do our best to notify you on progress.

We are an online business but may allow pickups upon prior arrangement if necessary.

Every gift box dispatched from Two Roads Gift Box Co. is in excellent presentable condition both inside and out. If you experience damaged goods, this must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving your gift box. Proof of damage is necessary for us to notify our courier contractors. We will do our best to rectify this and ensure the recipient can enjoy their Two Roads Gift Box.
